Today was a really nice cloudy and cold day to embellish the creative bug, so many hours passed of stenciling and changing the stencil colors a lot, I painted a stencil dragon on the drum head most of the day 
A road trip the Michael's, The Arts & Crafts Store was done on Saturday afternoon, where I bought a boatload of supplies to work on painting the drum head Sunday afternoon A long time of a vision of waiting and planing for a dream to come true and it did; Since I made the drum in June 22, 2006, only with a idea to put a dragon on it from time past I am really happy with the way that it turned out, the colors almost reminded me of when I had my tattoo done in November, the last thing to do on the drum head it to safely seal it and without damaging the drum head I don't know if I will do the other side, a two sided drum that has two different tones is really cool and ingenious idea. I might add another dragon stencil down the road, if I can find a good one.
I can't wait to do some drumming soon, may the beat of the drum carry my thoughts to the other world and beyond...
