Brewing Root Beer Soda

Always wanted to make some old time home brew soda of various sorts and did so over the weekend.
I tried two different brands of champagne yeast, the one was Red Star Pasteur Champagne and the other was Lalvin EC-1118.
Both tasted not to bad, the one had more foam forming than the other...
Flavors to brew up and try: Ginger Ale, Sarsaparilla, Root Beer, and a few others; If you plan to make some old time home brewed soda use Spring Water, Organic Cane Sugar, and or Honey for the best flavor.

Thank you Brew and Grow for the supplies and such... :-)
