I am very happy that Thursday evening my rings at Burnie's Rock Shop were ready to pick up, after checking messages on voice mail, I went there Friday after paying on the truck loan during my lunch hour. I was a little late on the return trip back, work didn't mind as long as I work the time that was missed, I had to work 10 minutes later, but it was worth it in the long run. The rings were reshanked and mended to a new whole circle, completed as one solid peace, the one ring had a break in the center of it, I been wanting to get it repair for a long time and had the money to it, I used the Christmas money that dad gave me hopefully a wise investment, they really did a very good job on both rings, however on the second ring could of been a little wider as a solid base, I have that bad feeling that it's going to split somewhere and have to take it back when it does. I guess that I really messed up on getting was needed to get done right the first time, maybe Sunday sometime I'll go back and see if they can make it one solid peace like the first one with no extra charges.
Friday night at Indian Lake was the most interesting night ever, it was a clear night on the other side of the fence with a fire that had a hard time going, the wood was dry and Rex did her best to get it going. I was able to get it going in a blaze after awhile of chanting to the spirit that resides their, his power flowed and coursed through my veins, Rex was really impressed with it, I was to. We just talked and played our interments well into the night, I brought my didgeridoo and she brought her flute, it was a symphony of music. The night was full of activity the coyotes and the farmer's dogs were having a hay day with barking at each other, it was very cold and chilly night. When we left a crow called into the night which was cool, the frogs by the lake were singing and the geese were calling.
